Is it book report time? In this post I have a printable guided book report for you! This is a fun and colorful book report template in a few different styles. This Guided Book Report is great for elementary aged kids. It has 6 pages. The first two pages are for younger elementary-aged kids, the second set of pages are for upper elementary aged kids, book report for children template, and the last set of pages are for kids to use to take notes on the book as they are reading it.
